Refund Policy

Athletes may receive a refund (minus a $30 cancellation fee) if they notify event representative 45 days or more prior to event. There will be no refund within 45 days of event.

Athletes who are not prequalified for World Tour Competition should NOT register for World Tour Competition, they should only register for the QUALIFIER. Any non-prequalified athlete who manages to register for the incorrect event (ie: World Tour Event or signs up for both events) will NOT be issued a refund.

If an athlete happens to register for the World Tour Event and not the qualifier, or the qualifier is full and tries to register for the World Tour Event, that athlete will NOT be able to transfer their fee to compete in the qualifier event. Any payments will not be refunded
